The game already exists in the form of a demo but the final version of the game was never completed because it never reached full funding, so I will talk about what that version of the game would look like. Poppy would get a redesign so she looks less skittish and anxious to being fed up with her current situation, rebellious, and strong willed.

Her in-game sprite would also get an upgrade to keep consistency with her new character traits

The gameplay would remain the same in order to keep its message: walk through gray room environments, passing by walls that change from gray to having social media and propaganda for world building and telling you game mechanics, and solving puzzles on how to always stay in the line of sight of the iEyes, now also revamped from little yellow triangles to black monoliths to match the red, grey, white color pallet.

The game would stay as a Flash game but would not be an app. Not making the game into an app has downsides like lack of convince I wouldn’t know how to make fluid change in level design and controls that would work well in both an app and a Flash game; I’ve found that apps that have a little D-pad in one corner and an action button in the other don’t work well with puzzle games that require accuracy and specific movement.

In the campaign the game serves as a way to interact with the material as opposed to if it was just a social media account. The game allows for a play through what a future could look like if we let the way things are run currently continue.
